Why the word Should is Judging You



There are times we are asked a question and we answer not the question that was asked, but we also learn something about ourselves. 

For Margaret it started with eliminating the word ‘should’ from her vocab, and replacing it with the word can.

The word ‘should’ in its very essence implies we are neutral or going the wrong way. It says we are doing something incorrect or we are missing something.
